Our Ciders And Wine
Core
Semi-Dry hard cider
Core is our original recipe, hard cider. Core is made up of a blend of bitter sharp and dessert apples. It is fermented using a semi-dry hybrid yeast.

Tennessee Twig
Aged with French oak
Made from black twig and greening apples. Dry and bitter at first sip, with a complex finish.

Captain Shaddock's
Dry hopped with a hint of grapefruit
When making Capt Shaddock's, we used a semi-dry hybrid yeast. We then dry-hopped using fresh Cascade hops and finished it with a hint of Grapefruit.

Pineapple Jalapeno

Not too spicy or sweet just enough flavored to appreciate the Jalapeno.

We make these blends in small batches. By doing so we're able to play around with many different flavors throughout the year.
