Our Ciders And  Wine


Semi-Dry hard cider

Core is our original recipe, hard cider. Core is made up of a blend of bitter sharp and dessert apples. It is fermented using a semi-dry hybrid yeast.


Bairille Dair

Aged with French oak

Bairille Dair is made up of a blend of bitter sharp and dessert apples. It has been fermented using an old English Ale yeast and Aged with French Oak.

Pineapple Jalapeno

Not too spicy or sweet just enough flavored to appreciate the Jalapeno.


Captain Shaddock's

Dry hopped with a hint of grapefruit

When making Capt Shaddock's, we used a semi-dry hybrid yeast. We then dry-hopped using fresh Cascade hops and finished it with a hint of Grapefruit.


Tennessee Twig

Aged with French oak

Made from black twig and greening apples. Dry and bitter at first sip, with a complex finish.


Rambling Russet


Beautiful Golden brown color. Made from Golden and Minnesota Russet apples. Rich with complex tannins .


Our Experimental Blends

Only available on tap in our tasting room

We make these blends in small batches. By doing so we're able to play around with many different flavors throughout the year.
